Outstanding Hotel customer care helped me have a new key After i requested for assistance. The breakfast and foodstuff in general was ideal. Many of the staff members I contacted were being exceptionally nice.

Great place, everything is very near. Staff members are tremendous welcoming and handy and talk wonderful English. There are actually activities each night and it´s a good way to meet people nowadays. Rooms and services are good and towels changed every day. Only problem was beds are a little noisy but that’s very minor. Fantastic value for the price!

This hotel was truly centrally situated and the personnel at the reception were available at all the time. The beds were cozy and the people in the hotel were being usually respectful with each other so the atmosphere was nice.The air-con was on and off, but wasn´t a big deal. Quite great hotel and terrific location. I Definitely recommend this hotel!

If you are travelling to Shenzhen you have to book at Shenzhen Horizon Hotel. The hotel is renovated and the rooms are very nice. In general everything was professional and friendly.

I have stayed for 2 days with my fiance. Beds were being cozy and the space was normally clean. The staff were really helpful and pleasant and always made us feel welcome. Rooms are large along with the closet. Bathroom was pretty clean plus the shower was fantastic. Not a super social hotel however, maybe it was like this during our stay.
